How To Ask?

Today, I came back to irc.debian.org again after several years. The message, I learn from, is still there. I reckon you should, also, learn from it, not the whole but some parts. Here it is.

1) Don't ask to ask. Just ask.
2) Don't repeat questions. Read and grow; show growth in new questions.
3) Reading technical documentation is a skill, please persevere, it's worth it.
4) If your problem isn't solved, come back a few hours or days later.
5) Please use /msg to talk to the bots.
6) Be polite and patient.
7) Paste on #flood, not here.
8) Don't run scripts or use public away/back.
9) No trolls or spam.
