ความเข้าใจ

สิ่งต่างๆที่เรามองเห็นและรับรู้ อาจจะผิดเพี้ยนไปจากธรรมชาติที่แท้ของสิ่งนั้นๆ
เรารับรู้สิ่งต่างๆโดยขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวเป็นอย่างมาก

ของบางอย่าง สิ่งบางสิ่ง อาจจะไร้ซึ่งความหมาย ความเข้าใจโดยสิ้นเชิง
จนเมื่อสิ่งต่างๆเหล่านั้นผ่านเข้ามาในชีวิต และประสบการณ์แรกได้กำหนดความหมาย
ได้สร้างผูกความเข้าใจ โดยอิงกับสภาพต่างๆในขณะนั้น

การกำหนดจิตโดยตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานนี้ ช่วยเสริมให้เราสามารถเข้าใจชีวิต
ผู้คน สิ่งต่างๆที่อยู่รอบตัวเราทุกวันได้ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้น เราสามารถหมุนมองดูมุมต่างๆ
ของสิ่งเดิมๆนั้นได้รอบด้าน ได้กว้างขึ้น

จากเดิมที่เรายึดเอามุมพื้นฐานเดิมเป็นหลักเพียงมุมเดียว
ก็สามารถมองเข้าใจได้หลากมุมขึ้น ได้ถึงธรรมชาติ ได้ชัดเจนขึ้น

และวันนึง เราเองอาจเข้าใจตัวเราเองได้ลึกซึ้งขึ้นเช่นกัน
